CDC Review Local Plan

Cotswold District Council is enhancing its upcoming Local Plan Regulation 18 Preferred Options Consultationby including longer-term housing estimates for key strategic sites.

This revision to the consultation document aims to give residents a clearer picture of potential development up to and beyond 2043, and to ensure they have a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of their communities, particularly when it comes to the necessary infrastructure.

These updates will need to be considered by the council’s cabinet, which means the revised consultation will now begin on 14 November 2025 and run for seven weeks, concluding on 2 January 2026
